Reading Riot: TAG Meets Study Abroad Students

Teenagers from foreign studies program meet with TAG teens

The Bealeton Teen Advisory Group (TAG) recently learned what it’s like to be a teen in another country.

TAG hosted a social event to meet and greet exchange students attending area high schools and welcomed them to our community. Six students from various countries including Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Belgium and China made short presentations about the culture and lifestyle of their home country. A lively question and answer session followed the presentations. Free time to mingle and enjoy snacks rounded out the evening.
