Reading Riot: Commit Random Acts of Kindness
This February, why not skip the Valentine card dilemma? Instead, opt to step out of your comfort zone and do something thoughtful for others.
Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) is an annual celebration of kindness recognized around the globe. Since 1995, the nonprofit foundation has been inspiring people to practice kindness and pass it on.
Now’s your chance to get involved! TAG invites all young adults in 6th grade and above to celebrate Random Acts of Kindness. Beginning February 9, a jar of “Kindness Acts” will be available at all branches, filled with cards suggesting different types of things you can do to be kind. Draw a card then complete the kindness act sometime during the month of February.
Join TAG to participate in other Random Acts of Kindness activities.
