Countdown to Newbery 2015
There are only a few weeks until the Newbery Medal and Honor books are announced!
Here are my top picks for 2015:
Anybody Shining is a compelling book about a ten year old girl living in a North Carolina mountain community in the 1920s.
Brown Girl Dreaming won the Young People’s Literature division of the National Book Award.
Revolution is the second title in Deborah Wiles’s Sixties Trilogy.
Jennifer, Children’s Services, Warrenton
