Not just peanut butter anymore…

Most of us grew up eating peanut butter–on sandwiches or crackers, in celery. Today there are other choices in nut butters–almond, cashew and many others. But are they healthier than peanut butter? Consumer Reports tested twelve different brands of almond and cashew butter; see the results in the article “Start Spreading the News…”

Eating out

Did you know that Americans will spend approximately $720 billion at restaurants this year, much of it at fast food places? Consumer Reports recently surveyed 238 restaurant chains and have included the ratings for the top 117 in the article “Where America Eats.” The survey includes steakhouses, seafood restaurants, family restaurants, Italian, Mexican/Tex-Mex, barbecue and other categories. Check to see if your favorite is on the list!
