Book Club Kits
Are you a member of a book club?  The library offers book club kits containing multiple copies of Thunder Dog, plus related material, for checkout to reading groups.  Call 540-422-8500 to reserve your kit.

Writing Groups
The library’s writing groups extend an open invitation to individuals who would like to write about their 9/11 experiences or memories.

Older Wiser Learners (OWLs)
Mobility, accessibility and animal companionship are important aspects of Michael Hingson’s life.  A representative from Aging Together will discuss mobility and accessibility options to allow
“aging in place.”  A Paws for Seniors representative will also discuss the benefits of adopting senior cats and dogs.
