Last year, Americans spent $31 billion on bottled water. But is bottled water safer to drink than tap water?  “Should We Break Our Bottled Water Habit? addresses this issue. It includes information on how to test your tap water (municipal water and tap water) and ratings for pitcher water filters. The article also notes where the water for several popular brands of bottled water  – Aquafina, Dasani, Poland Spring Water, Zephyrhills Natural Spring Water, and Fiji Water – come from.

Planning to buy a new TV this holiday season? Here’s some good news for consumers–according to The NPD Group, a market research group, the price of 55-inch TVs dropped by 8 percent from last year, with 65-inch TV set prices dropping 20 percent. “How to Pick a Great TV This Fall” has holiday season shopping tips, information on smart TVs and ratings for 32- to 60-inch TVs.

Do you start your mornings off with coffee?  “Wake Up to Better Coffee” has information on the possible health benefits of coffee, along with reviews for drip and pod coffee makers. Cold-brew coffee fans will appreciate the info on cold-brew coffee and the reviews for manual and automatic cold-brew coffee makers.

What kind of milk do you prefer with that coffee? Cow’s milk or plant-based milk? A 2018 report from the Mintel market research firm found that sales of nondairy milk were up 61 percent from 2012.
