Episode 1: Extending the Vegetable Growing Season
Learn how to use row covers,  low tunnels and cold frames to beat the frost and lengthen the life of your vegetable garden.

Episode 2: Hellebores–Winter’s Charmers
Bring beauty into your winter landscape with Hellebores. These early-blooming perennials  will brighten your winter garden with their brightly-hued rose-like blossoms. But don’t delay—now is the best time to plant these cold weather bloomers!

Tom Baughn has been a Master Gardener since 2003. He has put his love of gardening to work in his own back yard, creating an oasis of over 100 trees, 13 perennial beds, 7 large raised vegetable beds and rows of fruit trees and berry bushes.  His horticultural philosophy is one we can all take heart from: “Do the research, then engage trial and error until there is not much
of the error.”
