The Mystery Book Club recently read The K Team by David Rosenfelt. It’s the first book in his new K Team mystery series, a spinoff from his Andy Carpenter legal mystery series. In this new series, Andy Carpenter’s wife Laurie, a former cop, starts an investigative team with retired cop Corey Douglas and his German Shepherd Simon Garfunkel. Judge Henry Henderson is being blackmailed and hires the K Team to find out why.
