Home Access for Ancestry Library Edition Extended

Users will be prompted for their 10-digit Fauquier County Library card from the library’s website.  Previously, this powerful database which provides access to censuses, vital, immigration, military records, family histories and legal documents, was only available for in-library use.

Genealogy is a popular pastime.  For researchers, it’s a way to find out more about yourself, your ancestors and what countries or backgrounds they came from.  Fauquier Public Library has many research tools for genealogy, including vital records, newspapers and digitized maps.  To explore additional genealogy resources available from Fauquier Public Library, click here.
