Did you know that over one-third of Americans are sleep-deprived? Out of all of the sleep-promoting products on the market today, how do you determine which ones actually help? The March issue of Consumer Reports examines mattresses, cotton sheets, and pillows to see which ones might help you get a better night’s sleep. The article also comments on other sleep aids frequently used by Americans–supplements, alcohol and medications.

We’ve all heard about the large data breaches at big companies like Facebook and Equifax, but it can also happen to small companies. How do you protect your data from these breaches? “The Data Breach Next Door” lists seven things you can do to try to keep your data more secure, such as giving out less personal data, using unique passwords and monitoring your accounts for suspicious activity.
